Agents – Your Job Just Got Easier

Introducing the Repair Request Builder from McIntosh Home Inspections

Resources for Agents

At McIntosh Home Inspections, I am happy to work with local real estate agents in Chattanooga and surrounding areas.

The home inspection process, from the scheduling phone call to referencing the report after closing, is a major aspect in your client’s satisfaction. At McIntosh Home Inspections, my goal is to provide you and your client the whole package and peace of mind. I have the education, experience, and modern reports to inform you and your clients on the homes condition and illuminate deficiencies.

I’m probably the only home inspector you’ll ever meet that goes into every inspection hoping not to find any defects. I take no joy in reporting bad news or causing conflict in a real estate transaction.

That doesn’t mean I’m not thorough because I am. I’m very good at what I do, and I take my ethical responsibility to my clients seriously. But I am a strong advocate for all inspectors to stay within the Standards of Practice and not be over-zealous or over-reach.

I’d love to get to know you better so I can be your trusted, go-to home inspector by exceeding your expectations.

Client-friendly service

My goal is to make the inspection process as stress free as possible. I know your clients are curious about the condition of the home and I want all to feel comfortable with the decision. I won’t sugar coat anything. Instead, I will give you an honest, unbiased, third party inspection report.

Clear communication

At McIntosh Home Inspections, I believe communication is key. From the scheduling of your clients home inspection, to going over findings with you and your client afterwards, I am here for you.

Modern Reports Agents & Clients Appreciate

Rather than old-fashioned paper reports, I can quickly generate comprehensive visual inspection reports. The reports incorporate images, supporting documentation, and a multi-part design and summary that makes it easy for you and your clients to understand the condition of the home.
